Refund Policy

Any Items the purchaser would like to return MUST be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be shipped back within the 30 day deadline at the customer's expense. All items must be in the original packaging. Items that have been opened or tampered with can NOT be returned. Returned items will be fully refunded to the customer within ten business days provided that it meets Earth-n-Soul's return requirements.
