We generally ship via USPS or UPS, whichever is more economical for the item purchased. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us when you place your order. Many of our items are ready-to-ship and may be packed up and out the door in as little as an hour, but we also have items that can only be produced once ordered, which adds production time into the mix. Our Promise to you: We promise to ship within our promised processing times with a tracked label. In return, we ask: Please keep in mind that once we have given a package to USPS, UPS, or another shipping provider, we have no control over the speed of movement or delivery time. All shipping dates are estimates, and we have the same information that you do from the tracking number. Please be kind and patient with your carriers. While we cannot offer refunds for slow delivery or poor service from a shipping carrier, we are happy to open search cases, file missing mail claims, and contact USPS/UPS on your behalf. Just send us a message (hello@inkbirdprintstudio.com) if it looks like your item is stuck in transit (hasn't moved in 3-4 days) and we'll do what we can on our end to look into it. Need it fast? If you would like to upgrade the shipping speed on your order, or if you'd prefer to use another carrier altogether, please reach out to us ASAP and we will be happy to give you some options and quotes on additional shipping costs if applicable.
