Shipping Policy

mi State of Mind ships merchandise to locations within the United States. International shipping may be available for certain items but will be reviewed by mi State of Mind on a case-by-case basis and the order may be cancelled with a full refund if a desired shipping destination is not available for a particular order. mi State of Mind uses standard US Postal Service shipping methods which are available for your selection during the checkout process. Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days unless an expedited shipping method is available and selected for your order.

Refund Policy

If there is a defect with the product received from mistateofmind.com at the time of delivery, the item(s) may be returned for a full refund. Please send the item to us at the address below and include a note stating what the issue is with the item. You will receive a refund for the defective product(s) as well as return shipping costs.

Returns of "sale/clearance" items and food/drink items are not permitted.
To simply return allowable items for a full refund, please either bring or send in the item to us at the address above (preferably in the box it came in) with either the order confirmation included or a note with the order number.
