Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be provided to the customer. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. The TSA has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.

All sales are final, and refunds are not accepted. Refunds are only offered in the event of delayed processing time after 5 business days from the time the order was placed.
